As you may know it, I was elected Counsellor and member in charge of the activities. In order to serve our youth community, I commit myself in front of all our club members to fulfill this task the most adequately possible. I wish that my mandate be filled with various activities, for example: trips, outings and spiritual retirements. All those are many means we must develop in order to get closer to each others and attract our youth to remain active within the club, within the community and within the Church. |

In a world marked alas by the loss of the good morals, we must more than ever work to ensure the defense, promotion and retransmission of morality and Christian values that were transmitted to us by our forefathers. I pray our lord Jesus-Christ to help us in this mission. My intention is to show a great transparency and thus support an active and dynamic participation of an increasingly high number of young men and women. Beside, we must find activities that answer their aspirations.
Our organization entrusted me the mandate to find activities which amuse our young people, but especially and this is my office’s first role, to settle up projects, with all the logistics that implies, to those activities in order to take place. I will also have to assist the other Exectuive committe members and find the appropriate advises.
I wish that the various activities that other executive members and I will realize, will give the chance to our young people to enjoy being in our club, and so strengthen their feeling of belonging toward our Syriac community at large.
I am deeply convinced that the young person cannot develop without the past, the family, the values, the faith and of course the traditions. We will try to promote this to our fellow members, In other words will try to preach our World vision. Here’s the challenge we decided to take and history will probably say that we succeeded. |
