The general supervisor is a priest who due to his influence and his moral prestige comes to bless the meeting. The executive committee considers this presence of an ecclesiastic as the assurance that the committee will represent the interests of each of its members, that the committee will remain faithful to his vocation to defend the syriac youth attached to his Aramaic spirituality and its Jacobite liturgy and of course with his faith in our lord Jesus-Christ and in the teachings of the holy catholic church. |
